Get Rated Right is operated by Blaze Impact LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when using the Get Rated Right pickleball skill assessment tool at getratedright.com.

We collect information you voluntarily provide when completing the assessment:

• First name — used to personalize your results
• Email address — used to send you your results and occasional follow-up communications
• Quiz answers — your responses to the 5 assessment questions, used to calculate your skill level estimate

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or any sensitive personal data. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or behavioral analytics on this site.

Information you provide is used solely for the following purposes:

• Displaying your personalized skill level estimate
• Sending follow-up emails related to pickleball ratings and the VAIR platform
• Improving the accuracy and relevance of the assessment tool
• Internal business records and lead tracking

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Submission data — including your name, email, quiz answers, and result — is stored in a Google Sheet managed by Blaze Impact LLC via Google Apps Script. This data is hosted on Google's servers and subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, including limiting access to authorized personnel only. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

This site connects to the following third-party services:

• Google Apps Script / Google Sheets — stores your submission data. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• VAIR / vairified.com — if you click "Claim my free player profile," you will be directed to the VAIR platform, operated separately. Your use of VAIR is governed by VAIR's own privacy policy and terms. Blaze Impact LLC is not responsible for data practices on the VAIR platform.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party services linked from this site.

By submitting your email address, you agree to receive emails from Blaze Impact LLC related to your assessment results and the Get Rated Right / VAIR platform.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data from our records
• Withdraw consent to receive communications at any time
